A clean, safe and very enjoyable indoor play centre, a rare place where kids can play for a whole day, with a bike track and lots of activities, well-run birthday parties with a friendly helpful host, great for families with small children; ~5km north

Food is bland and pricey; the bike track can run short of cycles when busy

Restrooms/changing rooms could be cleaner and can smell; closed Mondays

A super-lovely little climbing hall (in Brandbergen) with both top-rope and bouldering, great for beginners, a wonderful climbing instructor, friendly staff and incredibly cheap prices, and the club also offers outdoor climbing in summer; ~3km east

Very small; inside a school and a little hard to find; open only a couple of nights a week plus weekend hours (follow their socials)

A pleasant open-air 4H farm within the Hågelby park where animals have open territories next to visiting children, and on certain days staff let kids come near to touch them, with bunnies and hens the little ones love; ~15km west
